Group interview was quick and to the point. They told you if you were hired within 30 minutes. You were instructed to respond to customer scenario interactions. You are put into groups and evaluated.

Easy interview asked basic background information and customer service questions. Only 1 person interviewed me and I was hired on the spot. The questions were very short and sweet. Mostly just one sentence answers

Interview
I was called in for a group interview which asked us to role play certain customer service scenarios. I was called back after this for a follow up where I was offered a few options for positions within the store and a oral drug test was done.
