It was in the hr office. They were late to the interview. During the interview 3 people interrupted. They weren’t engaged in the conversation. At the end of the interview they hired me.

They called me about a day or two after applying and i went to the store to interview. They asked me some scenario questions and did a saliva drug test and back ground check. The manager interviewing didnt even work in the bakery which i think is weird now. Especially since after working there for 9 months i maybe saw him 3 times in the actyal bakery. But i was offered the job on the spot and that was that. Overall the interview was average and pretty laid back. I scheduled a time to come in and file paperwork and then started working.

Interview
Lengthy computer test on safety and equipment instructions. After a 1 on 1 interview with the store manager. Testing on the computer takes forever. Very repeative. Not just about the nakery but also the deli.
