I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Kroger (Louisville-Jefferson County, KY) in Aug 2011
Interview
main thing I remember (it has been a long time), was the interviewer showed up about an hour late, with little explanation, seemed scatter brained, disorganized. did get hired, though was really upset when left interview--felt it was a waste of my time getting dressed up. really needed a job at the time, so I took it.

The interview process was easy it felt more like a conversation than actual interview. It was open in the questions open dialogue. Overall, I think the process was great and I believe there’s a second part to it.
