Regular, Easy Asked me the regular interview questions for around 30 minutes. I then was asked to come back and interview with the manager. He hired me on the spot and asked me to choose where I wanted to work in the store.

Describe 3 strengths , What would you do if you saw someone taking something?
Overall the interview process was fairly straight forward and the interview itself lasted about 30 minutes. It was mostly general questions and was pretty easy. It was a very relaxed interview and would recommend it.

Interview
Very quick and I honestly could've done this on the phone. It was brief and they just wanted to know how much you could lift. The guy who interviewed me was pleasant
group interview of about 5-8 people. Later each individual talks to hiring manager about the salary. The hiring manager tells them if the position is still available and you can negotiate with her.
