Very relaxed interview. It really was a conversation about life and my previous work experience. Talked about other work I had done in the restaurant sector and my previous retail experience. He hardly asked me any questions but I think that was because we talked so much about my work.

Interview
The interview process was very average. My interview lasted about 50 minutes. The questions were fairly standard (i.e., Why Kroger? Describe leadership style, etc). The interview was a one-on-one with someone from the HR department and it was fairly relaxed. They made an effort to make you feel relaxed and at ease. Overall, it was a positive experience.

Interview
The interview process was fairly standard. I met with a hr specialist initially. He asked very basic questions about why I wanted to work for Kroger. After that, I met with the area manager. His questions were more difficult and more precise. He asked very specific questions about dealing with customers.
