As mandated, I applied through their talent portal but the job position was advertised in Glassdoor and other social network too. After a week, I was asked by email to confirm my notice period and salary expectation. Later I was contacted by an internal recruiter who asked my availability for a 30 minutes call with the practice Managing Director for the region. The first red flag was that, to my surprise, the position I was interviewing for has been changed to “VP I” (bait and switch case?). I pretended not to notice and shared my agenda for the following week. Thursday came and the promised call did not arrive, instead I was informed by email that the schedule has changed and that I would have been interviewed by somebody else before the MD and that his/her identity and availability would have been shared with me as soon as possible. The infamous confirmation obviously never materialized and after a full month I went on with my life. With hindsight I probably dogded a bullet because they appeared completely disorganized to say the least.
