One phone interview with managing director, there will also be a test then one on one interview with the managing director, this could be over a coffee or in the office.
Firstly, they shortlist you based on your CV, then conduct GD and email writing test, after shortlist in that, you have to give 2 rounds of interview. This is the overall process
