I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Kroll in Oct 2015
Interview
On-Campus Interview and super day in the regional office. Super day consisted of a case study and 5 interviews with managing directors. Basic behavioral questions and some technical questions
Every interviewer I met with cursed during the interview. Very unprofessional in my opinion. Additionally, the process was long and poorly organized.
First round interview was virtual. Was shown interview questions prior to recording my answers, and had unlimited time to prepare before answering. There were quite a few question, though I was able to take as much time as needed to prepare.
Overall average interview including dcf and other valuation approaches focus including precedents and market multiples , overall capital markets knowledge might also be useful including knowledge about what kroll does
Multiple rounds, first phone interview. Then flown into office where we did interviews with some of the team members, then a case study with other interviewees and presented to the team and had lunch after. Later received a phone call.
