There was a group information session and during the same appointment we had Math and English Assessments, one week after the group session there was a phone interview to follow up. The math assessment was not too hard, junior high level, english assessment was mostly grammar questions.

one on one interview with the director. talked about school, hobbies, and how would i adjust to the work of Kumon. they ask behavioural questions, looked over some marks, and asked me about my avliablity

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Kumon (Unionville, ON)

applied by sending in my resume through email, got a call to do an in person interview at the location, wrote a test and did the interview with the boss of that particular location

had me do addition and multiplication and long division worksheets. the actual interview was mostly behavioural, asked me what my most recent math mark in high school was, asked me about my strengths and weaknesses, asked me about my future career goals
Quick and straightforward, with a couple of the basic interview questions, such as introducing yourself and why you applied for the role. After that, it went into the role itself, and they asked about expected salary as well as contractual details.
