I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kumon (Spotswood, NJ) in Sep 2012
Interview
You submit an application either physically or through the mail to the manager at the desired work location. I got a response back pretty quickly. The interview was scheduled for a week later. I got interviewed in the office and the questions were pretty basic like why you want to work there and what experience you have and what kind of education you have. Then they ask you to email them a copy of your report card and you can leave.
