I found the interview quite easy. It was a virtual interview, conducted over the telephone. Some experiential questions were asked such as prior customer interaction, if I’m comfortable with having telephone conversation etc.

Lied about benefits and shifts. I was told I'd do two weeks of backshift and two weeks of morning shift, never happened. No wonder they have high stuff turnover - they overpromise and underdeliver

The process is easy its not intimidating. The interviewers are great and the interview rooms are friendly. The interview takes half of the day so you may want to bring lunch

About 2 hours in a group setting and then get taken off individually for a role play scenario and tell me a time where questions was an easy enough interview of you’ve worked in customer service before

Easy, friendly, training was a mess. Company poorly managed, no one takes you seriously and threaten you every time you're unwell or having a system problem you're accused of lying or they say it's your fault.
