5 step interview process. Dress code is EXTREMELY casual, wear flannel and hiking boots. Spent much time connected with the Talent Leader that helped me navigate thru the lengthy process

Questions were normal to the process of how you operate your business. Higher level interviews were based more on talent performance, next level advancements, systems and operations
I had an initial screen with a HR rep and she set up a virtual with the DM. Spoke at length with the this person about this position. After an hour conversation we arranged an in person meeting. I drove an hour to meet this person and at the conclusion of the interview she did a “bait and switch “ and suggested a lesser role for me. If I had known that I was being considered for a lesser positionI would not have wasted my time. This would have been a less than lateral move and not a career move! So bad!
