Pretty standard phone screening. Asked about my experience, my background, what I hope to do with my career, etc. Talked about the culture at LL Bean and where the company is heading.
It went well, easy behavioral questions. Some technical questions will trip you up if you aren't prepared well. Mainly be confident with your answers and don't trip over questions that you don't know, can always make it up with the next one.
