The interview process took over 4 months from first interview to the last with a total of 4 interviews and they still have not sent any sort of rejection email. Weeks went by in between interviews where I did not get any response from the recruiter despite following up multiple times. I was really excited about this role but the way it was handled by the recruiter was quite disappointing. I knew someone else who worked with a different recruiter and they had a more positive experience.
