Interview
Submitted a video interview and completed online tests. I was invited to an assessment centre a few weeks later, which involved a group exercise, a presentation and an interview. Overall, the day was relaxed and the HR staff were very friendly!
Really relaxed. Presented a case study followed by questions, then a half an hour interview with HR talking about how I align with their values. Each question was aimed at one of their 5 values with a real focus on past experience and your personality.
