First apply online through L'Oreal's website. Got an email two weeks later requesting a phone screening. I only got a fifteen minute screening interview. They asked me four unrelated questions and then asked if I had any questions.

It's important to show you know something about the beauty industry; so do your homework regarding brands, products and campaigns. Secondly, the co;pany is quite unstructured (entrepreneurial) so nake sure to show you'll be able to deal with this.
Talking to people in the company is very much recommended. It'll help you understand the way of working better plus it shows you made a effort. Visit stores as well to make sure you can elaborate on the retail experience.
