Super chill and relaxed. Phone call with VP of department for the first round. Second round was VP and Director taking me out for lunch to get to know me. Third was in the office with a couple 1 on 1s. Entire process was pretty quick and HR responses were very professional. VP was very easy to talk to and much of the reason why i accepted.
