Standard panel interview after hr screening. Depends on the role how many rounds. It was in person but others have done remote interviews with panels. Hr part was straight forward.

Applied in January, did not hear anything until April. Went through the HR screening and was then scheduled for a virtual interview with two managers. Was then invited for on-site interview to meet the direct manager virtually (based in UK) and tour office/facilities. I was told I would hear back by end of the week (interviewed on a Tuesday), no update on Friday or Monday. The following Tuesday came and I was offered $30k less than my minimum salary requirement. I have over 7 years of experience and I was very shocked as they were looking for an experienced PM and they were aware of my salary requirements. It felt rather rude to have me come in on-site to waste my time when they knew my requirements and they offered me such a low offer.
