I applied through college or university. I interviewed at L3Harris (Hamilton, ON)
Interview
HR contacts you and does a screening before the technical interview. During the technical interview, there is a team of engineers that grill you for a whole hour with FPGA conceptual and coding problems. It's not too bad but definitely review your digital design course + midterms.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at L3Harris
Interview
30 minute technical interview. Two panel members, both technically experienced, but one was managerial. Asked to explain previous experiences/internships at high level and talk about work done there. Asked about experiences with FPGAs specifically in and outside of classroom.
