I applied online. I interviewed at L3Harris in Mar 2019
Interview
After applying directly on the company website, I was contacted about week later for a phone interview then onsite interview. For the phone interview, the recruiter asked questions about my resume. For the onsite interview, I was asked more about my projects that were listed on my resume and two white board questions.

Question 1
Two programming questions with the language of your choice
applied online, about 2-3 weeks later got a called to answer some questions and to set up a interview. did the interview on teams. after interview waited 24-48 hours for a decision
It was basic behavioral questions and then technical questions about OOP principles (encapsulation, inheritance, polymorphism, abstraction). The technical questions were not difficult, basic CS knowledge things. The interviewer was nice.
The interview process was straightforward and conversational. I first had a short phone screening with HR about my background and interest in the company. This was followed by a 30-minute video call with a software engineer, where we discussed my previous projects, some basic programming concepts, and how I would approach debugging. There were no tricky algorithm questions—just practical scenarios related to the role. The interviewer was friendly, and the whole process felt relaxed.
