Applied on Friday and was contacted by a Recruiter on Monday to go through a few qualifying and Conflict of Interest questions. We set up an interview with the hiring manager for three days later. Hiring manager only asked four questions and gave me time to ask what I wanted. Recruiter contacted me 2 hours later to set up the next interview and explained the process. There will be four interviews total: hiring manager, senior program manager 1, senior program manager 2, and panel including VP over the hiring manager.
