Interview
I enjoyed introducing myself as both an individual and an engineer to my recruiter from L3Harris. From this opportunity, I was given the ability to learn more about the company’s values, interests, and goals. This experience further elicited my interest in the company, it’s network, and what it has to offer.

Question 1
Name a time where you missed a deadline and how did you approach the issue
3 stages, first was a recruiter call, then a call with the hiring manager, then an on-site interview with a panel of engineers across all disciplines. It was a good opportunity to present capabilities.
First there was a phone screen with three manager. Then in person interview on location. Met with several peers and managers. Fairly relaxed environment. Definitely interested in finding out my skill set and how is work at the company.

Interview
The interview was with a manager and team lead. The manager gave a pretty good description of the type of work the group does and some upcoming projects. The team lead asked about my engineering experience.
