After having my application denied 4 times, I received a random text around 10:30pm from their manager requesting an interview. I went in and felt like the interview went really well. Was asked typical work related questions, given a tour of the facility and left with the impression that I would receive an offer. Was pretty much ghosted afterwards. Found it very odd that no recruiter was involved. One of the most unprofessional interviews processes I’ve ever been a part of.
