Spoke with the Operations Manager who was very friendly. The entire process was comfortable. The OM took me on a tour of the gym and then we sat at one of the sales desks. She asked basic questions about my experience and made sure I could interact comfortably with people. Interview was easy, and I was offered the job then and there. Started that day.

Are you comfortable calling people to get EFT clear ups?
It starter with very simple questions about myself and my time availability. Then went on to why i wanted to work for the company. Then asked about if im comfortable answering calls, interacting with members and doing saftey checks.
Super easy. Straight forward. Simple questions. I think it is a great place to start off as a trainer or just a front desk associate to see how the gym operates.
