LAI Games interview questions

I first received a call from HR who promptly arranged an on-site interview with the creative director and team. The interview mainly discussed about my understanding of the development pipeline and getting to know more about my creative workflow. Did not have to do a technical art test as the creative director believes in the capability of an artist through their portfolio and also understanding of the development pipeline. While the interview was relatively easy, I think it's highly dependent on the applicant's understanding towards the game development pipeline and having a strong foundation. So it's not necessarily a job that would have been easy to get without the relevant job experiences and qualifications.
