Phone call with a very friendly, chill hiring manager who sped up the process quickly and had an in person interview within 2 weeks of applying in London. interview was challenging but the staff was very friendly and made me feel relaxed.

Solve some of these analytical chemistry problems plus some HR screening questions
Applied online. Called on phone a few days later. Invited to interview at London office in Teddington after a few weeks. Not informed about structure of interview, which included problem-solving questions and 1-on-1 interview. Tough.
Traveled across the country for an interview. Wasn't reimbursed. Did not even perform a phone interview prior. They filled the position internally and it seemed I spent 700 on a plane flight for no good reason.
