LIG Insurance interview questions

I received a call from a recruiter and had an interview set up the next day. The 1st interview was with 3 employees. About 2 weeks later I was called in for a second interview with the home office through teleconference. After that their decision to hire me was almost immediate.

First, I had to get an interview with the head of the team, and he asked me about my specific competency while he looked through my resume. It lasted for 1hour. Second, I met an executive, he was a vice president of the division. He only asked what I learned from school.
