They tricked me!! I thought I would be interviewing for customer service representative because they told me before the interview that they could use my customer service skills and that it was base salary. I drove 45 MINUTES to the interview and then they tell me "THAT you WOULD ACTUALLY BE SELLING" and that " You need to work your way up from selling to be a customer service representative". Even after I told them that I wasn't looking for an sell positions, they kept trying to sell me their sales position. They completely wasted my gas MONEY and TIME instead of being upfront and telling that I have to sell. Truth is they're desperate to hire anyone to do their commission based job, and they target young people with no experience . I suggest anyone who's not looking for a sales 100% commission job, TO RUN AWAY. Don't let them tricked you into doing a sales 100% commission job unless if that's what you want to do. If they call you, ask for a job description of the position they want you to interview because they know if they put sales , Most people won't apply.

3 rounds of interview. The first one is just to introduce to one another and is personality based. CEO decides where you fit in the office. The second round, you get introduced to a manager who will walk you through the company's guidelines and will temporarily train you. However, it was in this stage that I realized the job is not flexible as I was told in the first round. Very disappointed. Pay is 100% commission.
