For the internship, the school career coordinator will interview first and then submit your resume to the big corp you/they will have eyes on. Once an offer comes in from the corp, they use LZ Tech as the middle man who gives you your paycheck. LZ Tech then asks for a drug test close to their headquarters. Once hired, the corp you will work for will take additional (weeks and up to months!) in giving your badge access or network access.
