La Hacienda Ranch interview questions

Came in well dressed with a resume. Asked to talk to the manager. We went into one of the back dining rooms and talked for about 15 minutes. I recommend dressing well. Try to be well spoken. Persistence really paid off in trying to get a job here.

Interview process was concise and fairly informal. I filled out the application at the store and received my interview on the spot by the manager. At the time, I was in high school and had little to no work experience, but he treated me with respect and asked basic questions about my school life and work ethic and how many hours I could work, etc. I was hired on the spot and began work the following day.
