I went through 3 rounds of interviews. The first one being the initial LaSalle Interview, during which I inquired about internal positions. Then I interviewed at the loft and then once more back at the Main office on LaSalle. The whole process was very straightforward and efficient. the recruiting team did a great job of communicating with me and preparing me for each step in the process

The interview process is lengthy. You will interview with various people. Might take a while to get a decision back as well. Be prepared for 2 weeks of scheduling interviews.

I was interviewed both over the phone and through Zoom meetings. I had multiple interviews with a few different people within the company. I was given the task of creating a power point and showcasing verbal skills.

Interview
I was recruited by an internal recruiter to come in for an in-person interview. The interview was about an hour long. The questions seemed a bit different than most interviews. It was more about my family and what they do, which was strange. The hiring managers were extremely nice however.
