I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at LaSalle Network (Chicago, IL) in Mar 2015
Interview
The interview process was great. I met with five different people, all at different times. The interview wasn't difficult, it was a nice flowing conversation with each person that I met with. The final interview I met with the CEO, which I thought was really great. Some advice is to make sure to be EARLY. Show up 20 minutes early, they are really big on being on time. Do not be late to the interview. Also make sure to dress very nice. I bought a suit for the interview with the CEO. Do not have wrinkled clothes, etc. I also watched some of the webinars on LaSalle's website to prepare for the interview. Be honest with each answer-- really tell them why you are leaving your job, etc.

Question 1
They asked basic questions, the CEO, Tom had some odd ball questions but it was very relaxed and as long as you prepare for the interview you'll be fine.
I applied online. I interviewed at LaSalle Network in Dec 2020
Interview
Talked to multiple people who were pleasant. But completely over drawn process, that eventually led to nothing. Feedback made no sense and most likely will not be using again. Also, gave me job opportunities that weren't even in the area or idea I was looking for.

Interview
A recruiter reached out to me via email after i applied online. She was very nice and persistent about calling me to take a few minutes to talk about what I was looking for in a job.

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at LaSalle Network (Chicago, IL)
Interview
I met with two different people, both were very friendly and upbeat. I felt at ease the entire time, it seemed more like a conversation than an interview. They said they would follow up within a couple of weeks. A few weeks went by and I did not hear back so I followed up with them; about a month after calling and sending an email to the women I interview with did I receive a call back letting me know that there was a position available.
I'm sorry for the delay in feedback and communication. It sounds like this may have been for an internal position. I will relay your feedback to our team and get this resolved.
