Finally the initial recruiter says that they need to analalise all the candidates and after two weeks they will give a answer about the process. For my surprise, the recruiter disappeared and he doesn't answer my question about the process even 4 weeks after. I think that if I took the time for attend the interviews the minimum that you wait is a little answer. I don't know. Maybe "hey we decided for another candidate but we will have you for future processes with the company" or a simple email it's enough. Srs. Recruiters. Please, you don't need to disappear.
