2 round interviews: Phone screening first and then a technical round. It was held with multiple supply chain personnel, and it was a very laid-back interview, which created the space to have a genuine and productive conversation.

This company seems to overestimate its stature. The forced talk about "company culture" made the atmosphere feel toxic and cringe. They try hard to present the company almost as a Silicon Valley-esque tech company, but falls short. While the lower-level employees seemed genuine, the upper management came off as pretentious, snobbish, and gave off an elitist vibe. The marketing directors and senior leadership seem determined to position the company as something it’s not, which ultimately hurts its reputation.
