Interview
The store manager and a part time key holder interviewed myself and another for briefly 15 minutes. They asked us how we felt about the brand and our knowledge of fashion. After asking us questions they had us both hand pick an outfit we would recommend and sell to a customer to test our abilities.
I had the interview at the store after a quick phone interview. The store was a little busy at the time of my interview, so I had to wait. Then the manager took me to the back office and we were there for maybe 20 minutes. They asked questions about current fashions, but it was really making sure I was available for the times they needed.

Manager was well prepared, concise and organized. Questions came from resume, experience, and store requirements. The interview was conducted on site at store, in managers office. Other staff appeared cheerful and happy with their work. Store was well organized, stock arrangements were precise and the atmosphere was great.

Interview
I applied at the store one night while I was shopping for some items. I was called in later that week for an interview. The interview went very smoothly. After the interview, I waited a week for a call back but it was only because there were things going on with the current employees at that time. I started that following week.
