The Process includes the pre-placement Talk, Written Test(Aptitude only) and Interview. Aptitude test is a speed game and purely logic based.It consisted of 75 ques and duration is 60 mins
Interview was to check our main concepts.The panel consisted of 2 employees who were very good and friendly.
It was mainly technical with some part of HR.
L&T always prefers Meritorious student.

very lengthy interview process in the company. Long time for HR team to respond. Processes are good but they take a lot of time. Not sure what exactly does it take to communicate a yes or no to the prospect at the earliest.

Interview
Firstly there was a two minute extempore which was followed by a technical round. The technical round extended to 15 minutes. Questions related to all the domains (design and thermal) were asked.

Interview
Very good team and valuable.
Overall experience is very good, atleast you have to face 4 to 5 rounds depends on the team you have been selected.
Be prepared for the interview unless otherwise you can't crack the interview process.
