I was interviewed by a panel of 3 L&T seniors and 2 Indian Institute of Technology-Madras professors.
It was a mixture of technical and managerial test.
The interview was very reasonable for the job title.
Anyone with 70% aggregate in graduation and good communication skills can clear it comfortably.
Test, technical interview and final HR interview
Test will be in online mode and after clearing the cut off only the interview call will be schedule.
And HR round is for the discussion.

It was an virtual interview. They mostly test about your communication skills, depth of subject from working, comission, construction point of view. You also should aware about flow of the construction project And also experience of working with vendors and solving design engineering problems.
