Its an on campus placement .First round is online test consisting of aptitude,verbal,technical(core) and 2 coding questions
The second round is technical interview and if selected you can proceed to Hr interview

Question 1
as i am from Ece dept,they asked all the core concepts,my area of interest,expain project, asked me to arrange the elements of an array in alphabetical order.in HR its about what you know about l&t,family background, and any idea of higherstudies
OA, interview process happened after a few days of OA result, there were 2 people in the panel one technical and one HR . i was asked quite a few questions that i was able to answer without any problems.
Online , technical interview and hriday interview combined, core electrical questions, personality questions, over all good and good interviewers, prepare core electrical concepts, also prepare well regarding your projects. Etc etc.... Overall good experience all the best

well structured and proper instruction and set up , prepared well with what skills the applicant has mentioned in the resume. explain the projects completed and what is your contribution in it, basic skill knowledge and proper communication knowledge needed.
