Required to submit a comprehensive form on past employment and education history.
Technical round: Mostly dealing with role that they will be hiring. Approx 30 mins.
HR Round: Culture fit and assigning the grade to hire at. (Compensation linked to grade). Approx 30 mins.
Interview with CXO: Prior work-ex. Approx 20 mins.
All the interviews were conducted on same day.
Post interview you are required to undergo medical test before getting an offer. Typically informed of medical test within 7-10 days.

Technical question: Why is earthquake code safety factor not applicable to isolated underground water structures.
It was average.. Interview was mostly based on my project and it's relevance to offered job and then he asked basic questions from the course.Overall it was a pleasant experience

The interview process is of two stages ,
First being written and second being face to face .
Written will mostlty be on Indian standard provsions for steel and concrete structures & face to face will be on projects we have done

My interview was for 45 mins. The interview was held in a very professional manner. They were asking many questions back to back without any break. All the questions were purely technical starting from easy to difficult questions. In a nutshell "No chit chats fully technical".
