I participated in a first round interview. It was pretty basic and did not ask in depth questions. Then I was ghosted and never heard back. The position was re-posted a couple of months later. This is a rude way to treat applicants.

The application process and following interviews with Lawyers for Good Government was not a great experience. After two interviews, the first of which was with just one person and the second included the director of the program, I was ghosted and never received any response to my follow up emails. I find this to be very unprofessional.

The first interview involved an examination of my resume with questions focused on each prior position. The second interview focused more on my skills relevant to the open position.
