HR screening was pretty basic questions, nothing out of the ordinary. Then got offered second round interview, sent a follow up email trying to confirm timeframe to schedule it, didn’t get a response back for 2+ weeks. Proceeded with interview, interview was fine, very standard, but then was told the next day that the positions had already been filled. Inquired as to how that was possible and was told there was a miscommunication internally and that the positions had already been filled before I had my interview. Then reached out to the interviews individually to try to get feedback on how I did and while they agreed to chat initially they were then told by management they were not allowed to do so. I saw some comments on here before I interviewed about their interviewing process being poor and I disregarded them; that was my mistake, don’t repeat my mistakes.

I participated in a first round interview. It was pretty basic and did not ask in depth questions. Then I was ghosted and never heard back. The position was re-posted a couple of months later. This is a rude way to treat applicants.
