Lead Bank interview questions

Recruiter > Hiring Manger > Team > Director Interviews were promptly scheduled after each other and concise 30 minutes. Never felt unsure of next steps either which was great. I appreciated meeting everyone within the role and discussing the organizational challenges from everyone’s perspective. Would love to join the team in the future if a spot opens up.

I had an interview with the recruiter first. That interview was fine. I then interview with Hiring Manager. It was a good discussion, but the intent of the questions wasn't always clear.
