Lee Valley Tools interview questions

met with 3 key executives separately over a 2 week period. met with them again and the Pres./COO for a panel interview in Ottawa. the interview was stale and very formal, lacking in freshness. Figurativly, you could smell the formaldaeyde.

Very basic set of questions. There were 4 people in the room, there were approx 10 questions and they were split among them. All of the questions had to do with past experiences and required you to think of something you fixed in the past using different types of skills.
