      Project Management Interview

      Mar 10, 2017
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Washington, DC
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Leidos (Washington, DC) in Jan 2017

      Interview

2 Phone interviews Online application Email application questionnaire Phone screening for information on resume They seem* eager to get people back into the workforce- but keep reading as this process may be misleading because of the reputation of the company's parent merger/ Two phone interviews and still no rejection letter or word on the status of this application. This is a brutal process and misleading for those who are eager to get back in the workplace. I'm convinced that it's not the economy that's bad... it's the people in HR/ Hiring positions who constantly making the entire process agonizing. Baby boomers maybe? Replace individuals involved in the interviewing process with those that will give you a return on investment. I know so many certified HR business partners willing to do a better job at filling positions you have available. Do something about this please!
