Good interview, connected with the team, answered all the questions asked in the hour long interview. It has been over a month since interview and I have heard nothing, not even a "we are still interviewing". Sent an email the day after thanking them and another 2 weeks after to the hr rep and got no response good or bad.

After a few calls with the HR staff it was one big panel interview with a large group over the phone. They got back to me the next day. In the Defense Industry one interview seems to be standard.
