Applied online and added my experience from our career fair at UMD. 3 weeks later I was invited to a 5-hour interview. I attended and the director presented their division's part in the market they're in. Then I was interviewed by two managers and shown one of the labs. Both interviews were very relaxed. A week later I received an offer.

This was was an interview over the phone . There were no off the wall questions about what type of biscuit I saw myself as. I was applying for a technical role so understandably I was asked technical questions.

The main focus was on Linux commands and their various options .
Easy, it was mostly me giving an overview of my background and history. Then the PM went over details about the job and contract vehicle. The interview lasted approximately 45 minutes.
Fast response from employer after application. Remote interview via teams. Interview was not difficult. Standard situational questions pertaining to the job. Received offer next day for the position and was given a week to consider.
