First you interview on the phone with someone from headquarters in California. He is a recruiter for the company and sells it well. Then got an interview at the office first with the manager who had the job opening listed and then Interviewed with the Chief Officer of the branch. There are branches all over the country.

Interview
A recruiter called me and asked a few questions related to my background. I then had an official interview with 3 supervisors that lasted about a hour. After 2 days, I was called with an offer.

Phone interview is pretty straightforward. You talk about the position and what the expectations are on the daily basis. The interviewer informs you of the schedule of said position and the salary ranges depending in skill level.

Easy interview, no trick questions. They mostly follow the STAR method and most questions are just gauge how you can handle certain situations under stress. Medical terminology and health care experience is good to show.
