LendingPad interview questions

Initial hr call, then a take home exam, the goal was to complete tasks in the project, The existing code was very convoluted and the tasks were vague, Which makes me believe the creator of the test didn't have a good idea on what he was doing. I spent over 25 hrs and over 2000 lines of code , after submitting they said my solution is not good

The process began with a recruiter screening followed by a link to a take-home coding test in .NET. Unfortunately, the requirements were vague, leaving the scope and definition of “done” open to interpretation. Completing the test could easily take hours. After submission, the recruiter responded with a generic message: “Unfortunately, your test submission did not meet the requirements.” No feedback was provided, making it likely this was a convenient way to filter candidates. Ultimately, the experience offered no constructive insights despite the time investment. I would not consider working for a company that treats candidates with such disregard.
