Interview
Used LinkedIn to identify Hiring Manager. Phone screen, then onsite for 1:1 interviews w/ 6 people. Expected decision in 2 wks - after 4 months with no decision, I accepted an offer with another company. Mgr did communicate sporadically during the 4 months, but quite honestly, an indecisive manager/slow internal processes are HUGE RED FLAGS. If Lenovo treats good candidates this way, I wonder how they treat good customers?
