I received an impromptu interview when I expressed interest, and then I was called for a formal meeting in-store. The general manager and retail manager were present and pitched a combination of traditional interview questions and behavioral questions

Question 1
Tell me about a time where you didn't get along with another employee. What did you do?
Asked me no questions about my prior work experience. Only wanted to know how many hours I was looking to work. They were looking for a body to fill a position.
Very lovely quick in person meeting and tour of the store. Enjoyed getting to see how the store operates. It was great getting a sense of team dynamics and such.

The interview was easy and the team is great and great manager. A great place to work, loved my experience there and would highly recommend if you are interested in learning about glasses!
